The rug is absolutely beautiful. The wool is lush and feel great on your toes and the size is perfectly made to spec. Initially when Amir sent over photos after the rug was woven we notice that the rug did not match the listing photos/description due to the dye in the natural materials, but not a problem, Amir and his team worked effortlessly to make a new run to spec. This ended up delaying the ship date a bit but Amir compensated by throwing in a beautiful Pouf. Thank you !

The workmanship is great but I had a lot of little burrs buried in the fibers so you sometimes feel a sharp prick. I spent some time fishing them out and it seems ok now. It’s also more orange than I was anticipating. The color in the pictures is way more muted so I was a little disappointed. I had mentioned to the seller that I wanted a mustard yellow, but I guess I should have made a specific request, so that’s on me. The biggest thing was I waited nearly 3 months to receive it – which isn’t unreasonable since it’s custom made but since I was told it would take 5 weeks max, that’s where my expectations were. Although Amir was very friendly, overall I wish there was a bit more transparency as to why my rug was so severely delayed, just for peace of mind. All in all, I wish I loved it more but hopefully it will grow on me.

Take notice of the size of the squares for this rug in the user posted pictures. The squares are bigger than the hero product image. Still a good rug and a good color. Cheers!
