This is one of the my favorite purchases that I have ever made! The rug is beautiful and exactly as I ordered. It’s soft. I receive a compliment from every person who sees it for the first time. There was a slight smell that went away after only a day or so. Most likely, it was due to the shipping and transport. It didn’t linger. The customer service was excellent from beginning (pre-purchase with many questions) to end (delivery and follow up). I highly recommend considering ordering this if you like Moroccan rugs as an addition to your interior design!
