Moroccan Beni Ourain carpets are woven by our artisans in the high atlas mountain from undyed natural wool and traditionally decorated with checkered designs.       I love this rug, it's beautiful and just so aesthetic. The shades of this rug are subtle but have enough contrast where you can see the pattern. It did not smell bad when we unpackaged it, and it was packaged tightly and securely so that it did not arrive dirty. It doesn't really lay completely flat when on carpet but it will take some time walking on it to make it completely flat.
